Rear Admiral Emmanuel. G. Ofik is a retired military officer from the Nigerian Navy. During his service period in the military, he was exposed to several military training both in Nigeria and overseas; which include Oil industry course American Society of Industrial Security, Underwater warfare and several more. He equally held sensitive positions during his service which include but not limited to; Director Naval Intelligence, Chief Staff Officer VWestern Naval Command and Flag Officer commanding Logistics Command. He holds a degree from the Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi.

DIG Marvel Akpoyibo is a graduate of the University of Benin where he made 2% upper division in Sociology in 1979. He thereafter enlisted in the Nigerian Police; during his stint with the Police he read Law at the University of Lagos where he equally made 2" class upper division and was called to Bar in 1999. He went back to the University of Lagos for his masters in Law where he came as one of the best graduating students. In 2008, he was promoted to Commisioner of Police Lagos State Command. He ottended several courses during his service period both in Nigeria and overseas. He was in the UN Senior Peace Support training in Kenya and NIPPS in Kuru, Jos. In 2014, he was awarded the prestigious National honors of Order of the Officer of the Niger(0ON). He retired from the Nigerian Police in 2014.

Mudiaga holds a bachelor degree in Law from the University of Lagos and has been called into the Nigeria Bar. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrator of London and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute 'of Bankers of Nigeria. His experience spans sevefal years in law, banking, construction and the oil & gas industry.

Peter Asekhauno attended Federal Polytechnic Auchi and Edo State University Ekpoma. Holds Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration Degree. He has held various managerial positions in foreign and indigenous construction Comp anies with over 24years experience.

Mr. Victor Ogunne attended Cork Institute of Technology (CIT), Cork, Republic of Ireland. Holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies. Certificate in Leadership Skills, Common Wealth University,Abbey College, Bloombury Square, London. Has worked in various international establishments as Marketing Executive, Business Development Manager, Sales Associate, E-commerce Specialist respectively. He has acquired several years of experience from oil and gas, Hospitality and construction industries.
